I know I am! I sure as hell the happiest I've been in forever! All the bad stuff that's happened in the past few years just doesn't matter at all anymore! Especially, those boys. I am realizing that i am much more of a woman than they will ever end up with. One of which started talking to me again, it all started when my friend and I were bored at the hotel, so we decided to text someone random. Something was mentioned about me, and he freaked out that I was there! Like, dude, seriously, I'm over you, so don't even try and go back and smooth talk around me. I felt it happend, he pulled the "not gonna lie...that's hot" shit. I felt myself being pulled in and I remembered something. I've seen WAY more amazing men in the past two weeks! Days Difference, All Time Low, ect.
Warped Tour was nothing short of awesome! I met Pat Kirch from The Maine, and got my booklet signed by the rest of The Maine. I also met Jean Paul, and Mike from Cash Cash. All pretty nice, except for one of the guys just looked at us weird when we tried to talk to him. I won't mention who, but buddy, you're not good enough to ignore some of the few fans you have!
Highlight of the day however, was when I touched the extremly sweaty arm of Jack Barakat! I fought hard for my spot, and got pretty messed up. When I came out of the pit, my hair was covered in sweat, and lookin' tragic. But I didn't care, I had the time of my life!
I even had a few more people follow my warped updates on twitter, I think four more followers. It's not much, but it's something. I can feel success not far from my reach. I know what it takes to be happy. Before, I wouldn't have known how to be happy, but I'm finding that the answer is to just do what makes you happy.
Days Difference also makes me happy! Such a great, talented band!
go listen to their new single, "Are you Happy?" like right now, k!
Warped Review soon to come. I'm trying to think of the best way to write such an article. I want it to be my best yet!
I am becoming my mother, and I have one word to prove it...musicians!

How can I resist ya?
I'm watching MAMMA MIA! and realizing everything that has changed! I seem to be writing about that a lot these days, change. But it's been happening a lot lately, and I am loving every miniute of it! The Donna and Tanya to my Rosie, refering to Mamma Mia!, are going in different directions in their life, as am I. Even though I no longer associate with the Tanya in the group, I know that Donna and I will always have fun when we're together, no matter how long we are apart.
The Green Day concert was absolutly amazing! i can honestly say that it was the best concert ever! However, I would have mad scads more fun if my mom and aunt hadn't been there. NEVER EVER going to go to a concert with them again.
DESPITE that, it was absolutly amazing! Billie Joe Armstrong has inspire so many amazing modern day bands, and because of that, I have a purpose as well. I had never realized Mike Dirnt's extended talents until last night. I knew that he was amazing, but he can sing amazingly! and Tre Cool, is indescribable. He is just awesome! Thank You Green Day! No doubt that if it wasn't for this band, I wouldn't know good music, or even attempt to write. Not to mention, they helped me through all my ruts in high school!
You wanna see a HUGGGE smile?

That would be me with Jeremiah from Days Difference. An amazing fresh band! Their album drops this fall, and I can't wait! They are all extremly talented musicians.
This kid is nothing short of absolutly perfect! I got to talk to him for a good amount of time, and it was comfortable and flawless. Knowing then what I've learned recently, I would have proposed to him! 23, christian, guitarist, single, he likes football, and spider-man. I'm gonna pay close attention to this band! ;-)

Love and Happiness? OMFJRUS?
Okay, awkward teenie typing....everyone does it, even if they don't admit it!
Anywhooo the All Time Low concert the other day was amazingly fun! Had it's ups and downs like concerts will have, but I loved hearing their new songs live! so much better than the produced versions! The review is one blog down. Out of all the reviews i've written, this is probably the one i'm least proud of. I feel like at the concert I was too excited to focus on anything bad that was happening! But that's okay, I just won't send that one in! But I would still appriciate the exposure!
My cousin might be making a website for me to post all of my reviews! So RAD! I figured i could also have a section for links and stuff to great bands, and other rad websites. Such as Alternative Press' site, Ohio Rocks, ect. I'm open to hear other ideas for this website, because i will hopefully be talking with my cousin about it within the month! Website name ideas are also welcome! I've thought of calling it 'Rissa's Reviews,' but that's all I have, and I wouldn't mind some options!
Anyway, at the concert the other day, I heard a new band, called Days Difference. So much talent! Blew me away! I got to meet them after the show, and they were all sweethearts! I do however have to buy a new pair of grey converse, because I had nothing else for them to sign! I would HIGHLY recomend you check them out! They are going places, I know it! They've already opened for the Plain White T's, Paramore, All Time Low, and a few others. They released an album independantly, and they will be releasing one on their record label this FALL.
I know where I belong. I belong in the audience, with a pen and paper, glaring up at the amazing lights. Watching as the love of my life does what he loves behind his guitar, and looking out at me flipping his hair and stumming away. I'm a step closer to this rock and roll fairy-tale. I come a step closer every day, and I can't wait until it's 100% fulfilled!
I also got my All Time Low booty shorts! Super comfy, and make me feel awesome!

Tour too good for a name!
Before they venture to the second half of warped tour, All Time Low did a small unnamed tour to promote their newest album, Nothing Personal. All Time Low took the stage on July 16th at the Cleveland House of Blues, a familiar venue for the Maryland punk-pop quartet.
Days Difference will be their first opening act. Although the crowd failed to realize their musical talents, this Virginia based band of two sets of brothers, had amazing stage chemistry, and towards the end of their set the crowd noticed this as well. The crowd decided to thank Days Difference by crushing the person standing infront of them as much as possible to try to hold the hand of frontman and keyboard player, Jeremy Smith.
Cartel was next to take the stage, giving an okay performance. Not sure if it was their time-frame, or the idea that they were opening for kids younger than them, but something was missing. The crowd seemed more focused on pushing upfront than the music.
We the Kings will follow. They are no strangers to the All Time Low fans. They had amazing chesmistry with the crowd, which was helped by frontman, Travis Clark's promoting of a crowd surfing contest.
Finally, the sheet is taken off of the drum kit that we all wanted to see. We hear an electronic message introducing the reason for the gathering. Maryland export, All Time Low. Cell Phones and cameras pop up, and bras start flying as they burst into 'Lost in Stereo' from their new record. Having great chemistry all throughout with each other and with the crowd, the band was able to blow away the entire venue. Frontman, Alex Gaskarth, sounds more amazing live than on the newest album under their belt. After frequent exchanging of dick jokes with lead guitarist, Jack Barakat, and calling out drummer, Rian Dawson for messing up a song, they leave the stage. The crowd wasn't ready to let them go, and for good reason. No one was ready to call it night, including the band, because they came out for an encore. Despite the musical flubs throughout the show, they gave a great performance, and gave the kids their moneys worth. Let us wish them luck, and hope for an equally amazing show during their warped tour dates!

I have mixed feelings-Nothing Personal
Here is my review on All Time Low's new record, Nothing Personal.
All Time Low. Possibly one of the best exports from Maryland. They were recognized as Alternative Press 'band of the year' for 2008, as well as being one of their 'most anticipated albums.' Their second full-length under Hopeless Records, Nothing Personal, had a wide range of producers, leaving no ryhme or reason to the flow of the songs. Matt Squire produced majority of NP, as well as their 2007 album So Wrong, It's Right, and his songs are not hard to pick out. Squire produced single "Weightless" is an anthem for the young adult who doesn't know which way is up, and shows off ALT's main lyricist Alex Gaskarth's strive for lyrical excellance. Awesome job there Squire, however songs such as "Stella" and "The Party Song" come across a tad over-produced and have a re-occuring theme of a scratched-record affect. Even techno-beat ballad "Too Much" has a stutter. Too bad, a techno-beat ballad would have been genius otherwise. We also note Squire's songs by the building bridge that can be heard in various tunes that he's taken part in. Overall, Squire's touchs gave fans the All Time Low they love, but with just a pinch of "maturity."
Butch Walker also had part in songs "Damned If I do Ya" and " Sick Little Games." Walker brought out more technical guitar and drum parts, which fans will love to hear. These songs will transfer to a live show very well. Both songs will have you in a car singing them at the top of your lungs. Way to go Walker!
S*A*M and Sluggo's songs, "Lost in Stereo" and "Hello Brooklyn" will leave fans, and critics, mixed feelings about their producing skills. Whereas girls everywhere will be shaking around to dance anthem "Lost in Stereo," "Hello Brooklyn" will unlikly make your top 25 on Itunes. "Brooklyn" has a musical feeling, and reminded me of "High School Musical 3" song "I want it all" with the screaming out of random cities. (Don't even act like you don't know what I am talking about!)
David Bendeth is our forth producer with songs "Walls" and "Therapy." Why mence words? Both songs are over-produced. Gaskarth's ability to sting together simple words to make outstanding phrases is what saved both of these songs.
Overall, Nothing Personal will give fans everything that they've been waiting for. All new with sounds that are new to the band, as well as their fans, but with a tip of the hat to the oldie but goodie songs. However I have a feeling that one will want to hear these aongs live to make proper judgement. To Alex, Jack, Rian, and Zack, amazing job! However producers, lay off of the fun toys. Alex has a very noteable voice, and impressive vocal range, so let him sing! These guys have instuments, and it would have been nice to hear them more often. Even if they claim to not know how to play them. If fans wanted to hear stuff that is Lip-Sync-able, they would be listening to Lady Gaga, and wouldn't know who All Time Low was.
Review my Review please! I wrote that strickly from a critcs point of view. As a FAN, I absolutly adore this album, but stand by what I wrote. I do feel parts are over-produced, even as a fan.

She held the world
Wow, so much has happened within 14 hours it's rediculous! Today started out amazing! My parents left for a few days to get away from me and my sister, rad! I got ALL of my All Time Low packages came today! Therefore, I got to listen to Nothing Personal a day early! I know that it's been on 'The Leak' all week, but I said that I wouldn't listen to it until I had the CD in my hands. ANND I was one of the lucky 250 kiddies who got an autographed poster of Jack Barakat, with my JAGK purchase! The shirt is cute, comfy, and JAGK!
So while listening to my beloved new CD, I did my routine website browse. Facebook, Myspace, PATDonline. This is where I recieved the most devastating new in the world. MY beloved band, Panic at the Disco split up. Brendon and Spencer are continuing Panic at the Disco and the role of guitarist and bassist are being replaced. Even though Ryan and Jon are doing a thing together, the idea of some other guitarist playing RYAN's guitar parts. Singing something that RYAN wrote, totally sickens me. Panic at the Disco = Ryan, Spencer, Brendon, and Jon to me. this will ALWAYS be my definition of Panic at the Disco.
Having said that, I've been getting more messages of 'Are You okay' now than when my grandmother died. So here are the answers to a few questions i've been getting asked.
1-Are you okay?- I will be.
2- Will you ever listen to Panic again? - Absolutly. Even though I may have harsh thoughts now, those guys have impacted me individually, as well as a whole. I will always support their projects, whatever they are.
3-Who do you blame?-time. I don't blame any of them. I understand that will four totally different personalities, they are going to have different goals.
4- what are you going to do during Blink 182?- I will either freak out and cry, or i'll be perfectly okay. I don't know yet, but hopefully I won't let that ruin my night. I'm going to see some of my favorite bands, and have a good time with one of my best friends. Hopefully my friend won't mind a few tears here and there.
With that being said, my career goals haven't changed. Panic at the Disco can be connected to almost everything i've done within the past few years. I realised my passion through them, and that is introducing people to new music, and giving them a "New Perspective."
Expect a review of Nothing Personal in my next post. All Time Low are a band that everyone needs to keep an eye on. i can see them taking the world by storm.

Reinvent Love. that's sums it all up!

FEAR
I've realised that my biggest fear is that i'll be nothing more than another girl in the crowd.
that my biggest inspirations will never know me past the fangirl in the crowd.
I want so badly to get inside the head of these amazing personalities that have written beautiful lyrics, or just appeared to have fun. I love every single band that i love for a reason. All with different sounds, and personality. The idea that i might never get to ask them burning questions, scares the shit outta me.
I'm going to have to take some risks.
I'm not going to get where i need to be just hopeing that it'll happen.
I'm going to start living Fearlessly.
I have to. I don't want to be just another screaming girl in the crowd.
I WILL make this happen!
that my biggest inspirations will never know me past the fangirl in the crowd.

So tell me how this ends
I'm dieing to know
Everything that you're a fan of
I happen to be too.
However I'm over you now
I'm at home with my wonderful life
But I gotta know
How do you find your way back into my head?
This girls thoughts cannot be your home.
Lights out, this is the last time i'll say goodbye.
Time to face the truth
There will never be you and I.
Your baby face, and guitar string hands
Don't punch me the way his does.
Are you catching my drift yet?
I said it once, I'll say it as many times as it takes.
Goodbye.
I'm dieing to know
Everything that you're a fan of

Every girl wants to be the one you write a song about
How can I be so Lucky?
An acousitic guitar makes me go weak in the knees
Your voice makes me fall to the ground.
I can't throw down a phrase as smooth
as your velvety sound.
Hidden memories in a Lyric
This soundtrack is a biography.
You don't need chocolates for me
just words spun just right.
Please don't make me regret
Don't break this heart.
Because no matter what, it's yours.
Whoah
