HARRY POTTER is on Rissa's brain!

I'm watching 'Harry Potter and the sorcerers Stone'! I can't belive it's been ten years since that book came out. Harry Potter has official been around for like half of my life! Of course the craze didn't really hit the states until 2001, but hey, whose counting? So this is going to be about Harry Potter, and how much I love it!
I'm pretty sure that without this book series, I would be nowhere. I basically didn't read until this series came out. I went from Harry Potter, to Narnia, to 'A series of Unfortunate Events' to Twilight. Either way, it all basically started with Harry Potter. No one really understands why this series means so much to me, but to me it's obvious. Harry Potter saved my life in a few different ways.
I got my job because of Harry Potter. For those who don't know that story, i'll tell ya! The manager at the time was a Harry Potter fan, and since I'm a loser I had a picture of Ron Weasley in my wallet, so she started calling me 'The Weasley Girl.' So when I turned 16 she offered me a job then and there basically! I've been with the company for almost 4 years now.
One year during one of the books midnight releases, I got my picture in the paper for my portrail of a Gryffindor Cheerleader! But cute, not skanky. Wondering how I did this? Well Lucky you, I found a picture of me as a Gryffindor Cheerleader!
Photobucket
Essential Gryffindor shirt, plaid skirt, sailor moon style hair, hogwarts necklace, lightning bolt earrings, red converse, red streaks in my hair, and jeans. I wish I had taken a picture of my jeans, because they were awesome! One leg said 'Gryffindor' and one said 'Weasley is my king!' ^_^ Hard to see, but my makeup was awesome too, red lightning bolts on my eyes. That was taken almost three years ago, Summer of 2007. I looked adorable!
I'm so starving for Half-Blood Prince! i'm also hungary for a new Panic at the Disco album. Won't be long until the one year anniversary of Pretty.Odd.!
Since it's late, and I have a long day ahead of me tomorrow, i'm gonne get going. But I could go on for a few more hours about Harry Potter, and music!
Honestly, I wonder why my friday nights are spent alone!
